Since the ancient times, Greeks considered hospitality a moral duty and a sacred rule of the Gods. MC Residences identifies with this notion and envisions an alternative perspective to real estate, entering this industry, with Loutraki being the starting point. Our purpose is to combine tradition with novelty, relaxation with entertainment as well as the varying types of tourism.
Our focus is on hospitality, in combination with various activities, aiming towards creating an unforgettable stay. We provide short-term and long-term rentals, depending on preference and availability.
Loutraki, just fourty-five minutes from Athens, is suitable for holidays from March to October, due to its excellent climate. A destination open to all, combining a relaxing stay in our pleasant homes, with a minimal mood, enjoying the endless blue of the Corinthian Gulf. We urge our travelers to pay a visit to the famous thermal springs, where excellent Spa services are provided. Boat trips to, the beautiful and inaccessible by car, beaches are also available. Visitors will find a wide variety of restaurants and bars, as well as a modern casino for those who wish to try their luck.
The archaeological treasures and historical monuments shall not be missed. Visitors will be impressed by Ancient Corinth, the Museum, the Castle andthe other side Lake Heraion as well as the Baths of Orea Eleni. Additionally, Epidaurus and the Ancient Theater are just an hour away. Finally, for lovers of wine tourism, half an hour from Loutraki, the "Wine Routes" of Nemea are open, with most wineries welcoming visitors.
Following this, MC Residences in collaboration with the winery Fteri Vinum, enables its guests to visit the winery and spend a special day of wine tasting and an endeavour in the world of wine. Fteri Vinum Winery is located in Mantineia, approximately fourth-five minutes away from Loutraki.
MC Residences is on a path of dynamic development as we are taking steps to expand in the Peloponnese region, specifically in Kalamata and Messinian Mani.
At the same time, we are able to share our energy and vision by offering renovation and home management services in the Peloponnese and Attica.
